The LInc Post Doctoral Fellowship appointment is for a two-year duration. Postdoctoral Fellows are paired with Faculty Fellows. Their task is to support the Faculty Fellows during the course-development period and during the first offering of the new or revised course. They also play an integral role in all center activities and help bring about a change in the teaching culture.
